The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, with its 5 double bedrooms. Need more? Don't worry, arrangements can be made on request for more than 10 people.

Yes, it's heated to 28-30°C all year round, so even in the middle of winter you can take a dip without a care in the world. The safety cover offers total peace of mind for parents.
As soon as you arrive, you'll find: breakfast every morning, 10 Nespresso capsules, 10 bottles of water, a heated swimming pool, a traditional wood-fired hammam and Wi-Fi fibre. Not forgetting the two peacocks that roam the property!
Yes, you have several options. The indoor kitchen is fully equipped (gas oven, hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine). There's also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and fridge. And if you want to be pampered, you can opt for the cook service: lunch and dinner prepared on site, daily cleaning included, for just 250 MAD/day (around €25).
Yes, the caretaker can do your shopping for you at any time. You can also ask him for extra soft drinks, beers, wine or Nespresso capsules directly on site (for a fee).
Yes, the villa has a table tennis table and a badminton net to liven things up. And for the lucky ones, there's a henhouse on site, so you can collect your fresh eggs each morning directly from the henhouse!
The villa is ideally placed for exploring the region at your own pace. In the Ourika valley, you can visit the ANIMA Garden, the Jardin Bio-Aromatique de l'Ourika, the Paradis du Safran and an argan oil cooperative. For nature lovers, the Setti-Fatma waterfalls are a must, as are a hike in the Atlas mountains, a quad/buggy outing or mountain biking in the valley. The more curious will appreciate a visit to a Berber village, and gourmets can enjoy lunch in a riverside restaurant. Marrakech is just 30 minutes away for a city break, and a ski resort is just an hour and a half away in winter. In short, there's something for everyone!

A van transfer (7 people) can be easily organised: 300 MAD for the trip from Marrakech airport to the villa. Return trips to the city are also available at 250 MAD. Simple, comfortable, stress-free.
Yes, the caretaker is present at all times (his house is right next to the villa). The owners can also be contacted at any time via WhatsApp. You're never alone, but you've got the whole place to yourself!
